Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care Team give support, both practical and spiritual to those in need of assistance through a difficult time. The help given may be by visiting those who are housebound or in hospital, a phone call or upholding them in prayer. The help given may be in providing food and meals through the Food Ministry.
